Q: Do you do custom products?

A: Customs are on a case by case basis, based mostly upon what time and skills I have to fulfill your order. Always feel free to ask and if it's something I can't do, I am happy to give you a ton of references from my handmade jewelry network!

Q: Why don't you ship internationally?

A: I don't have a great reason other than I need to do more research in order to feel comfortable doing so. I know customs and taxes can get a little confusing so for right now I'm only shipping to my home country, the United States of America.

Q: How long will my order take to ship to me?

A: If you ordered in-stock jewelry, I work hard to get your order out to my carrier within 24-48 hours. I typically use USPS First Class from Utah so it gets to most places in the continental US within 5 business days. If you ordered POD apparel or products, here is an estimate based on an order in the US. From order to shipping notification, it took 5 days (3 business days), then from shipping to arrival, another 5 days (3 business days). So in total, expect around 10 days for those products.
